Earthquake analysis & jacket designs for US substations
For an offshore windfarm on the east coast of the USA, Enersea completed the basic design of two jackets for two offshore HVDC substations. The jackets will weigh approximately 7,500 and 9,000T and will support the substations weighing around 10,000T and 15,000T.
Earthquake analysis and performed the temporary phase analysis
As part of the basic design, Enersea also carried out the earthquake analysis and performed the temporary phase analysis.
